  • Business facing role
  • Front line of new regulatory change (MiFID II, MAR, EMIR, Dodd Frank, ASIC)

Working on a broad array of regulatory projects/themes within banking. Ideal candidate having strong global regulatory awareness, strong influencing skills and excellent presentation skills.


Responsibilities

  • Advise/implement/document various regulatory projects
  • Working on regulatory projects and advising internal stakeholders on upcoming regulatory changes e.g. UK/EU/US/APAC regulation (Inc MIFID II, EMIR, MAR, OTC Reform)
  • Ad hoc duties


Experience/skills required

  • Proven experience gained in a regulatory project role within the business (Not IT) within Institutional or Investment Banking is essential
  • Strong understanding of Compliance and Risk Management is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
