Our client is a successful and well regarded Insurance Company looking to recruit a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager for a 6 month contract with the potential to go permanent.
This role will have a high level of stakeholder engagement and so good relationship management skills are a must.
Initially the role will focus on
- Review and refresh of the Business Continuity Plan
- Ongoing work and consultation around developing risk culture
- Embedding risk management into the business including the roll out of self-assessments
The successful candidate will have:
- 6years + experience in Risk Management within a financial services origination.
- Proven ability to manage change effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Ambition, drive and energy
