The Position
Reporting to the Head of Audit & Risk, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of audits, writing reports to management, providing directions and appropriate support to all Business Units on operational risk and control matters:
- Conduct risk based audit assignments
- Preparation of audit testing strategy
- Complete Audit Reports to management, including an assessment of the risk and impact of the issues identified
- Management and coaching of junior staff on assignments
- Continuous Business Monitoring including maintenance of internal client relationships
Your Skills and Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced customer relationship management skills
- Report writing skills.
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of risk identification and assessment of internal control
- Significant experience in leading internal audits including planning, execution and reporting
