My client is a global consultancy driving digital-led innovation and digitally-enabled intelligent operations for their clients. Due to continued growth in their Risk Practice they are looking for a Risk and Compliance Consultant to join their team.
As the successful Risk and Compliance Consultant you will make an impact by assisting top tier Banking and Financial Services clients with the delivery of multidisciplinary risk management, assurance and regulatory engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on, and deliver, appropriate operational risk, compliance, regulatory and governance frameworks and processes
- Lead teams to design and implement key business processes to meet risk, assurance and regulatory requirements
- Ensure client service delivery in accordance with quality guidelines and methodologies
- Build and maintain client relationship by understanding and being responsive to client needs and ensuring high quality of deliverables
Key Competencies:
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience within governance, risk, assurance and/or regulatory compliance space
- Previous experience within Consumer Banking and Financial Services or regulatory background (Australian experience preferred)
- Experience designing and delivering risk and controls frameworks
- Ability to build relationships effectively with internal and external clients
- Tertiary education in Accounting, Finance or similar field
- Australian Residency
