A truly collaborative boutique practice, this group was established around 15 years ago and borne out of desire to be able to give unbiased and tailored advice. Since that time it has evolved into a successful, structured and comprehensive service that has deep relationships with its clients. Such are the relationships with clients that the business has shown significant growth by purely servicing the existing clients to a high level. The business is now looking to bring in a new partner to the business in the form of a financial planner.
As a financial planner you will service an existing client base of a range of clients, being mainly pre and post retirees; and from accumulators to more sophisticated SMSF clients with considerable assets. The main responsibility of this role is servicing, however your contribution to organic growth and possible new clients would be looked upon favourably. You will work alongside the two senior financial planners in the business and they will assist and direct you in your further development. You will have a say in the direction of the business. Support will come in the form of a practice manager. The group is looking for a new partner and equity in the group is a real possibility 12 months into the role.
You are an experienced financial planner and are driven by the delivery of high quality service and advice to clients. You may have been with a larger financial institution and you are looking to move into a boutique environment. It is likely that you hold the ADFS or Grad Dip in Financial Planning. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership in a business and one that is flexible, nimble and highly tailored for their clients' needs.
