We are currently looking for a Mandarin Speaking Business Development Manager for our client, a financial services company in Sydney CBD, providing a wide range of financial products to high net worth individuals and businesses in the market to achieve client's financial goals.
  
Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service at all the times
• Exceeding your personal revenue objectives and contributing to the business’ overall sales expectations
• Liaising with clients to discuss and assess their financial needs
• Seeking out new business opportunities in various financial fields
• Proactively generating new opportunities and maintaining existing client's expectation and relationship
• Effective management of the customer experience, such that all clients become key advocates of the business
• Maintaining & updating clients' portfolio via the CRS systems
• Implementing the company policies and following the instructions from team leader
• Understanding of interest rate and foreign exchange markets together with a broad awareness of the wider business / economic environment, so as to be able to anticipate clients’ financial needs and proactively offer appropriate solutions
• Working closely with other function teams to identify and respond to the customer expectations

Requirements:

• Native level of Mandarin and fluent in English (Both verbal and written)
• A previous experience in a similar role either in corporate or financial services environment in Australia
• RG146 Accreditation holder is highly rewarded
• Strong sales experience and mindsets
• Experience thriving in KPI driven environment
• Excellent consultation skills - client facing, negotiation and objection handling
• Fantastic interpersonal and presentation skills “can do” attitude to all business level
• Advanced CRM or database management skills
• Basic financial services knowledge 
• Motivated, confident and outgoing personality
