Your new role
As a KYC Remediation Officer you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to existing NAB customers to verify, validate or update their details.
- Making sure that customer and client details are true and correct to avoid criminal activity.
- Escalating any issues where risk is identified.
- Helping the organisation in identifying any suspicious or unusual activity.
You will be working full-time between the standard operating hours of 8AM and 8PM .This is a temporary ongoing opportunity, therefore, only candidates with full working rights are eligible to apply.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous call centre experience.
- Exposure to risk and compliance is favourable.
- A genuine passion for building customer relationships.
- Effective communication skills and a good understanding of customer needs.
- A proven ability to work within a team environment.
