The Business
Our Client is a well-respected financial planning organisation located on the fringes of the CBD specialising in superannuation and retirement planning, wealth accumulation, & SMSF. They have a strong emphasis on customer service and commitment, integrity, and education and primarily work with the medium to high net worth clients
The role is centered around providing high-quality service to clients and professional support to advisers covering all tasks relating to the ongoing relationship with their client base.
About You
You have a proven track record in client support within the financial planning industry today and you are passionate about delivering outstanding results. You are proactive & use your initiative to create successful client outcomes. You also understand how your role contributes to the growth of our client, assisting in their reputation as an organisation of choice.
You will be working as part of a professionally qualified and highly experienced team within a supportive culture and will need to possess the following:
- Driven & motivated to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience with XPLAN
- Strong experience with Insurance
