You will be working for one of the most successfully expanding niche finance companies in Australia, providing cashflow, equipment and trade finance, working with some of the most experienced (and friendly!) people in the industry.
The position offers a competitive salary, in newly refurbished offices and is well serviced by public transport
Responsibilities:
- Working with a portfolio of clients and assisting them with their funding requests.
- Processing payments as required by clients
- Monitoring of client activity and payment patterns.
- Credit checking new debtors and conducting ongoing risk management.
You will have:
- Extensive customer service experience in a finance environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship building skills
- The ability to relate to clients at all levels
- An enthusiastic, energetic and positive approach.
- An eagerness to learn and to continue to develop a career within the industry
Knowledge of how commercial finance works is highly desirable.
