The Role:

  • Build the Financial Planning business by developing productive relationships with customers
  • Conduct client interviews and provide financial management solutions
  • Provide information on product and services
  • Complete due diligence requirements to ensure accurate opening and maintenance of client needs
  • Identify and action client requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain the quality of files, ensuring all appropriate documentation and information is updated and accessible at all times
  • Adhere to all relevant internal policies and procedures

The Candidate

Successful candidates will have:

  • Completion of Diploma in Financial Planning
  • RG146 compliant for providing retail financial products advice
  • Professional Designation - CFP (min. CFP1 completed), FChFP (min. 1 & 2 completed), CA/CPA/CFA (fully completed)
  • Willingness to learn and the desire to become a career Financial Planner
  • Proven sales prospecting skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong networking, client management skills and sound communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent personal organisation and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate workflow through prioritisation or tasks and diary management
