In this role, you will be working with an experienced Financial Planning team providing a consistent level of support.


The Role
You will be responsible for the full end to end processing of new business and review client implementation and management. Their structure means that you will easily learn, follow and manage processes to completion. Your attention to the timely and effective management of your daily workflow along with genuine care for the delivery of an exceptional client experience will ensure success.

• Contributing to the team to achieve quality client service and meet project timelines, budgets/deadlines
• Assist Advisers with completing details for any insurance quotes, application, variation or cancellation forms as requested
• Liaising with clients to obtain information and resolve outstanding requirements 

About You
You have a proven track record in client support today and you are passionate about delivering outstanding results. You are proactive & use your initiative to create successful client outcomes. You also understand how your role contributes to the growth of our client, assisting in their reputation as a firm of choice.  

Working in a small professional team that celebrates success is appealing to you and you desire the opportunity to work with a Financial Planner to develop yourself professionally.  You have exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
