Huxley’s banking client is looking for a highly motivated, flexible Project officer / Delivery coordinator
We are looking for someone that can use their own initiative, have strong leadership skills, be able to work as part of a team and be committed to ensuring high levels of customer care while continuing to drive delivery by supporting the project teams output.
You will also need to work to tight deadlines, demonstrate an ability to be proactive and be able to work effectively under pressure by efficient planning and forward thinking to prioritise your own and the projects outcomes.
Location: Sydney
Contract: 6 month day rate
Responsibilities
- Organise Project Meetings
- Maintain Documents
- Identify Problems or Risks
- Manage the Schedule
Skills:
- Thorough familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and project scheduling computer applications
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently,
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, trouble-shoot, and to meet short- and long-term deadlines
- Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management
- Excellent critical and creative thinking and analytical skills
Nice to have
- Experience in program administration, operating procedures, oversight and monitoring
- Ability to work with database applications
- Knowledge of project funding procedures and guidelines
