Liverpool Partners is a boutique investment and corporate advisory group based in the Sydney CBD. We are recruiting for a Fund / Financial Accountant for an immediate start.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be required to work on the following:
- Monthly Accounting Requirements
- Quarterly Reporting – including Venture Capital and Investor Reporting
- NAV calculations
- Client onboarding onto the Fund Registry
- Liaising with Clients
- Maintenance of Fund General Ledger
- Quarterly Fund distribution & tax calculations
- Management & performance fee calculations
- Liaising with the Registry and internal stakeholders
- Cash flow management
- Assisting with Compliance
The ideal candidate will also have the following traits:
- CA/CPA qualification
- Minimum of 3+ years of Fund Accounting experience in a Private Equity or similar fund
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- A high level of energy and work output
- Experience in a financial or professional services organisation (ideal but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Hard working with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality
This position is flexible between part time and full time as the fund grows over the next 12 months for the right candidate.
