Now, how about this role?

Reporting to the Head of Risk, you will join our dedicated Risk and Compliance team to support the development of robust frameworks, policies and procedures for the identification, management and monitoring of risk across the organisation. This role will see you embedding the Operational Risk Framework, developing and executing of Control Assurance Plans and managing the Enterprise Risk System.

You in a nutshell

• You have a tertiary level qualification in a business/commerce  related discipline or equivalent industry experience
• You have a background in Operational Risk, Credit Risk, Compliance and or Controls Assurance in a Retail Banking environment
• You have working knowledge of APRA prudential standards
• You are solutions focused with high attention to detail
• You have excellent communication skills and are highly influential with your delivery
