Your new role
As a consultant with a focus on business development specifically within the banking industry, you will generate new business with South Australian banking, insurance and finance clients through a variety of different methods, including market research, warm and cold calling, face to face client meetings, and attending network events. You will also retain and manage existing relationships with key clients. With your inquisitive and consultative approach, you will uncover the needs of these clients in order to offer the most appropriate solution to their organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
If you are commercially minded, professionally presented and keen to go after new business and build long standing relationships, this role could be suitable for you. You should enjoy working in a supportive, target driven environment with a high achieving attitude, combined with a "one team" approach. You are considered a people person who can easily build rapport and one that will go at lengths to service your clients. As this is an entry level role, candidates with retail or sales background or those with strong banking and insurance knowledge are highly encouraged to apply.
