Your key responsibilities will include

• Building strong relationships with key hiring managers at all levels within your assigned business units
• Taking full ownership and accountability for the end-to-end recruitment process.  This will encompass:
  • holding robust engagement meetings and advising on the appropriate sourcing strategies;
  • sourcing candidates directly;
  • coaching candidates and hiring managers through the assessment/interview process (participating where appropriate) and utilising tools such as HireVue for video interviewing;
  • extending offers to candidates and managing them through the onboarding process
• Working closely with a variety of stakeholders to provide status updates on recruitment activity

Skills & Experience

• Experience of working in a busy, fast-paced in-house recruitment role, we typically handle 20 – 25 vacancies at any one time
• Proven experience in recruiting IT and Business Analysts within Professional or Financial services environment
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, both written and oral
• The ability to balance the administrative processes with the buzz of making an offer and the winning feeling.
