We currently have a full time opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Operations Team. This is a contract position anticipated to be for 12 months.
The successful applicant will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication and problem solving skills, demonstrated ability in providing quality service to internal and external customers, and a high standard of attention to detail. They should also enjoy working in a team environment and be committed to the bank’s values and purpose.

- New Mortgage Loans Settlement Certification
- New Mortgage Loans Settlement Booking
- New Mortgage Loans Settlement Funding Preparation
- New Mortgage Loans Advance of Loan Funds
- New Mortgage Loans Certificate of Title Returns
- Process New Mortgage Loans in PEXA
What you’ll bring?
- Experience in Mortgage Loans Settlement Certification
- Experience in Mortgage Loans Settlement Booking and Loan advancing
- Conveyancing experienced would be an advantage
- Familiar with the Online settlement platform PEXA
The role would be well suited to someone with a thorough knowledge of the Core Banking System (CBS) and advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of the National Credit Act, Privacy Act and Bank Australia retail and lending policy and procedures, would be a distinct advantage.
