About the organisation
Our client is one of the largest credit unions in Australia, who’s focus is on putting the member first. There is an exciting opportunity to join the broker support team in an ongoing temporary capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your existing broking, lending or stakeholder management knowledge to a fast paced, challenging role.
The Role
- Case managing a portfolio of loans through the entire approval process until settlement
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external brokers to achieve mutual benefit
- Responding to broker enquiries via phone and email
Requirements
- Understanding of the mortgage and lending process
- Extremely high attention to detail and data entry skills
- Experience in stakeholder management and working in high volume environments
