We are currently seeking highly experienced ICT Finance & Telecommunications Officer for our client to work on a major project. 

Australian Citizenship mandatory (Baseline Security Clearance preferred)

Deliverables:

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day mobile devices queue in HEAT and manage global roaming and telecommunication plans.
• Responsible for the purchase, activation and deployment of mobile devices.
• Produce the monthly telecommunications reporting for the Department and produce ad-hoc reporting when required.
• Undertake work that is moderately complex in nature particularly relating to procurement, invoicing and journal activities.
• Understand, respond to and resolve stakeholder enquiries relating to mobile devices, invoicing and procurement activities. Financial management skills will be preferable.
• Provide administrative support to the Information Services Branch including maintaining the ISB contract register, ensuring data integrity in databases and contact lists, reporting and process improvement.
• Assist in data entry when required.
• Assist as required in providing support to the Chief Information Officer’s office including answering phones, scheduling meetings and visitor escorting.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Experience in procurement, invoice and journal processing with a good understanding of procurement related legislation and policies.
• An understanding of basic contract management activities including panel arrangements and contract management systems.
• An understanding of Telecommunication activities is highly desirable.
