This is a highly rewarding but challenging role located in our Mount Waverley Head Office within the busy Finance and Conveyancing Team.

Reporting to the Conveyancing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Identify and foster strategic relationships with banks, mortgage brokers and other finance providers to ensure our Customers receive approvals;
  • Work with these finance providers and customers to ensure finance approval is achieved to the desired KPI;
  • Prioritise pending finance approvals based on projected site start date;
  • Keep forecast dates up to date;
  • Provide formal approval to the customer support team prior to building permit application;
  • Identify, solutions for customers experiencing difficulties in arranging finance approval;
  • Achieve the monthly budgets for approvals;
  • Streamline the Finance Approval Process; and
  • Ensure that appropriate customer service strategies are developed and implemented.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Working in a previous customer service role;
  • Have a strong track record of working in an Administrative role that is fast paced;
  • Have a proven track record in the finance industry;
  • Experience in developing business strategies and implementing these to achieve agreed targets
  • Establishing successful business networks and referral processes;
  • Strong commercial acumen;
  • Strategic decision making skills;
  • Customer focus experienced;
  • High level of customer service; and
  • Personal awareness & leadership.
