An exciting opportunity for a passionate Change Analyst to be part of Australia's leading and reputable financial institution, located at the heart of Sydney CBD.
About the role:
You will be working alongside the Change Manager in identifying change impacts, training needs analysis, stakeholder identification and engagement, and various support activities. As a Change Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing different impacts and transition requirements and be part of the change management team in developing and coordinating a remediation program.
You will be providing support to the change management team in delivering reports, presentations, meeting materials and communication development materials. Not only this, you will be responsible for completing details analysis on change impacts and transition requirements and develop communications to practices and coaches within the program.
A successful candidate must have:
- 1-2 years Change Analyst experience, ideally within a financial services institution
- Ability to work in a high pressure fast paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management
- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment and learn 'on the job'
