The Reconciliation Associate is responsible for driving the deliverables of the Reconciling and Investigation for Primary and Secondary Nostro accounts. Support the effective functioning of the department and collaborate with the Global Management Team.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive the completion and analysis of daily reconciliation/s for your allocated cash account/s; ensure all outstanding items are investigated and reported to custody daily; work to resolve open cases in a timely manner.
- Monitor the Intraday matching and open queue management functions ensuring appropriate actions are being taken within the agreed standards to ensure timely resolution and closure
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables including relevant reporting
Participate in Global Project Initiatives that reduce Risk, automation and efficiencies for stakeholders. - Manage all Staff issues including planned and adhoc leave to ensure a seamless level of serviceability to stakeholders continues.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert with respect to the Investigations Product
Experience required:
- Industry Accreditation desirable
- Demonstrated market knowledge and relevant market experience treasury and/or broking products
- Deadline and detail orientated
- Aptitude for good organisational skills
- A strong aptitude for information technology including MS office, Crystal, SWIFT, Intellimatch, Intellitracs, CLS
