  • Gym discounts and much more  The Loan Fulfilment Data Input Officer works within the Loan Fulfilment support team providing administration support in relation to Lending Applications submitted by the BOQ Network.  

 

About the Role:

Working within BOQ's Mortgage Hub this is a highly administrative role which will oversee the provision of high level customer service to internal teams and the Retail Network. The key accountability of this role is to ensure the effective processing of high volume data entry within the agreed SLA’s.

 

About You

This role will suit an individual with:

  • Demonstrated experience in a highly administrative role responsible for the processing/keying of critical data and or processes
  • The ability to follow compliance policies and procedures and identify issues
  • High level accuracy and attention to detail
  • A strong focus on customer service both internally and externally

This role offers the opportunity for an individual with a background in administration, banking operations support or customer service to join the BOQ team working within the corporate head office with excellent training and career development opportunities.
