About The Customer Service Representative Opportunity
In this role, you will assist customers with meeting all of their transactional banking needs.
You will ensure that customer's immediate service needs are met and identify opportunities by understanding their broader financial needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cash handling
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Cross selling the Bank's products and services
- Creating and maintaining customer profiles and records
- Opening accounts, handling general enquiries, exchanging money, overseas transfers
- Reporting, checking and comprehensive compliance
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 1+ years experience in a customer service facing banking role
- Greek speaking is desirable
- Have sales experience
- Be passionate about and provide exceptional and premium customer service
- Build good working relationships and support team initiatives
- Be an exceptional communicator
- Be motivated and driven to deliver referrals and sales
- Have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Have good numerical skills and be confident handling cash
