Title: Finance Specialist (6 month Parental Leave Contract) - 42721
Duration: 6 month Parental Leave Contract (Full-Time)
Your Position:
As the Finance Specialist you will provide support on equipment finance products and services to channel partners and customers to support sales growth to increase customer satisfaction. In addition, you will ensure that applications are processed within agreed service standards and in accordance to current legal requirements and established procedures.
Specifically you will:
- Manage and co-ordinate the application and documentation process between channel partners, customers and other operational areas to provide high levels of service.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data submissions and forms; enter data into appropriate system and process forms according to standard procedures.
- Respond to and resolve more complex issues presented by both customers and dealers.
- Utilise various tools and systems to gather credit information to support the preparation of credit analysis.
- Provide support to our channel partners in the use of finance tools including finance quoting, application and documentation processes.
- Develop relationships with channel partners and customers in order to support sales growth and provide excellent customer service levels.
Your Skills:
You will have:
- High levels of attention to detail.
- 1 - 3 years experience working in the finance industry.
- 1 - 3 years customer support experience with customer interaction regarding products and services.
- 1 - 3 years experience working with Channel Partners.
- Ability to use various department specific computer programs.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and/or tasks.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolutions skills.
