The Opportunity - Customer Service Supervisor
Our Customer Service Supervisors are passionate about delivering fantastic customer service to our valued customers, assisting in motivating and developing their dynamic teams and supporting our Branch Managers to achieve positive branch results.
We currently have a great opportunity within our Hamilton branch for a motivated individual who is looking for a challenge and to develop their career. This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings.
As a Customer Service Supervisor you will be responsible for;
- Acting as a referral point for escalated enquiries from Customer Service Officers and providing support to the Branch Manager as required
- Assisting the Branch Manager to ensure staff are demonstrating relevant position and beahvioural competencies and reinforcing these behaviours
- Coordinating branch operations on a daily basis to ensure all compliance matters, legislative requirements and resources are available for the branch to run efficiently and effectively
- Assisting with the training staff to ensure they maintain the required knowledge of their role and can demonstrate competence in the technical competencies
- Assist the Branch Manager in the development and implementation of branch business plans
What we're looking for
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Supervisory level experience within a banking, business or retail role with a track record of achieving results
- Proven sales ability whilst focusing on the genuine interest of the customer
- A passion for delivering outstanding service and meeting customers needs
- The ability to lead by example and achieve results within a team environment
- Well developed people skills with the ability to build relationships with a broad variety of people
- Polished communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information into simple terms to suit the customer
