Do work that matters
In this role, you will be defining Business Requirement’s which allow the bank to refund customers for any fee or charging error. You will be creating requirements to build control reports to detect future errors and assisting in the creation of a framework that will outline the standard and structure to be used to maintain, improve and continuously monitor control reports for effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and analysing business problems including data analysis and business process analysis
- Identifying these solutions as business requirements and support sign-off of these by business and project teams
- Providing support where needed across different and interdependent work streams/projects
- Support Project Management activities by maintaining Requirement Traceability Matrixes (desirable to have BRD writing experience)
- Maintain project milestones and tracking RAG status against baselined project plans
We’re interested in hearing from people who…
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years proven Business Analyst experience
- Are experienced in gathering requirements and drafting business rules documents
- Can illustrate a good attention to detail and an ability to identify errors in data / letters
- Understand the business and relevant products, home loans, deposits & transactions etc.
- Have exposure to a remediation project or control reports
