Senior Change Manager – Sydney - $900-1000 per day

Our client, a fast paced Financial Services organisation, requires an experiencedSenior Change Manager to work within their Change and Organisational Design team. This team ensure that all projects and new processes land successfully across the business and have extensive experience embedding change across the business to ensure benefits realisation.
Responsibilities:
· Develops and implements strategies for readiness at the project level
· Utilises Change Management practices to determine optimal readiness approaches and plans
· Conduct:
o Change Strategy
o Stakeholder engagement plans
o Change Impact Analysis
o Communication and Engagement plans
o Post Implementation Review
· Prepares and submits organisational readiness document deliverables in support of proposed approaches and plans
· Extensive experience working with senior and business stakeholders
· Consults with project teams and key stakeholders for input and approval of deliverables
· Appropriately manages risks and issues in accordance with operating model program governance
· Develops, maintains and executes stakeholder engagement plans
Qualification & Experience:
· Change Management Certification (Prosci/CMI Accreditation)
· Excellent written communication skills
· Experience with projects requiring internal communication plans and change methodologies
· Experience in delivering change in large scale, complex transformative projects across culture, process and technology
· Experience mapping As-Is and To-Be processes
· Ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
· Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight time-frames
