About The Company and Position:

We are currently looking for a Mandarin Speaking Business Development Manager -Commercial Insurance for one of our clients. The client provides various financial services such as Insurance Broking, Funds Management, FX Risk management, Lending solutions, CDF Trading etc.

As the Business Development Manager - Commercial Insurance, you will be responsible for the Sales performance of Insurance products. 

Responsibilities:

• Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to motivate and drive sales performance
• Passionate about insurance with a keen eye to identify new sales opportunities in insurance
• Building and maintaining client relationships at all the times
• Providing coaching and developing team to create a high performance, engaged, customer-focused team working culture
• Problem solving skills with the ability to be agile in achieving sales targets across the regions
• Continuing to build strong relationships to maintain and service an existing and growing portfolio of business clients
• Ensuring risk assessment, controls and review and update in the system with regular follow ups

Requirements: 

• Must have experience in a business development/sales environment.
• Proven experience in coaching and developing staff within the insurance market, preferably commercial insurance.
• 2+ years’ experience in commercial insurance in Australia
• Experience in a senior role (leader, manager etc)
• Native level of Mandarin language and Fluent English (Preferred)
• Influence and organisational skills
• Can do attitude with KPI result driven
