About the role
You and your new role
In the role of Broker Support, you will be dealing directly with mortgage brokers, Financial Institutions, senior support members and clients on a regular basis to gather information, retrieve documentation and process applications from the initial document preparation through to post settlements. You will be responsible, responsive, effective, and proactive in performing your tasks timely and efficient manner.

Skills and experience
We are seeking intelligent, energetic, and ambitious individuals that are eager to work in a highly demanding and time sensitive mortgage broking environment. You must be a quick learner, have impeccable communication skills and a strong work ethic. Previous broker support experience and understanding the full end to end mortgage application process & Flex software will be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive and can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills
- Work well in a team and be able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
- 2 years' proven relevant experience in mortgage or lending field
- Proficient in English and an additional language will be an advantage
- Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen preferred
