My client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Relationship Manager.

To be successful in this role you will be a passionate and engaging individual, who is professionally presented and with a drive to achieve great outcomes. You will have outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities and be able to work under pressure and too strong deadlines.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player but is able to work autonomously. Experience with VET education training or product knowledge of working in a training organisation is highly desirable.

Purpose of the role:

The Client Relationship Manager is a regionally focused role that builds and enhances our relationships with Foundation Clients, contracting organisations that support Foundation clients, and other account clients. By working with clients, and the company’s internal training delivery, design and business services related roles, the role ensures that the company provides great learning, development and competency outcomes for clients’. The role should ensure client satisfaction supporting client loyalty, increased opportunities and developing a new client base.
You will also have the following demonstrable skills and experience:

• Contracts, tender or procurement experience
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite
