This Client service  officer role will be based with their Sydney CBD officer, which is also home for 20+ senior advisors who all provide holistic advise and have the best interest of the end client in mind.

It will be within your job role to support two senior advisors with the Management of superannuation, investment and insurance paperwork and online systems to implement & maintain plans. Liaising with both the senior advisors and clients will be a key aspect, meaning soft skills is highly required.
  
Role responsibilities:

• Implementing superannuation and Investment paper work.
• Working with Xplan to administer client files 
• Working with Insurance providers 
• Building relationships with clients and liaising with senior financial advisors.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months experience as a CSO
• Have ambition to progress 
• Xplan experience is desirable 
• Degree and DFP is desired 
• Have a great attitude and fantastic communication skills.
