About the Role
You will assist our advisers as the first port of call for our client base. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operations of workflow and client management This is a key role requiring excellent organisational, time management and communication skills. Opportunity for advancement.
Duties
- Coordinate reviews/FDS/Opt-in for clients' financial circumstances, current provision and future aims according to scheduled process.
- Assist with the preparation of Statements of Advice and relevant paperwork.
- Manage superannuation, investment and insurance paperwork and online systems to implement & maintain plans.
- Liaise with fund managers, insurers, internal departments and clients in a professional manner.
- Respond to client queries as required, maintaining high levels of customer care.
- General client maintenance and upkeep in XPlan, including workflow management using "threads".
- Assist with process improvement and marketing and communication projects
Skills and Experience
Requisite:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Business
- Diploma of Financial Planning 1 - 4 (RG146)
- Experience in financial services industry in a customer service and/or admin capacity highly desired
Desirable:
- Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning (DFP 5-8), or intention to complete OR Masters in Financial Planning pathway
