Job Summary:

  • Gold Coast Location.
  • Full-time role, in a flexible working environment, including the opportunity to work from home.
  • Monday – Friday only, NO WEEKENDS. 
  • Competitive salary with uncapped earning potential and an employee share plan
  • Candidates must have proven experience as an Account / Sales Manager with corporate and institutional clients.
  • Candidates must have experience in the property industry. 
  • Immediate start. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Managing the Full Sales / Account Management Cycle with institutional clients - including direct, repeat and experience sales.
  • Building the sales team.
  • Promptly contacting leads. 
  • Maintaining and updating our client database. 
  • Managing client relationships. 
  • Keeping up-to-date with product and market knowledge. 
  • Facilitating sales process and supporting marketing activities.

 

To Be Successful You Must:

  • Be experienced with corporate and institutional clients
  • Be experienced in the Australian property market. 
  • Have previous experience in sales. 
  • Be a highly self-motivated and results-driven person with outstanding sales and communication skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
