About the Role
As a Home Lending Manager you will be able to utilize those around you in the branch and your own existing networks to generate business, as well as having flexibility to work autonomously.
Undertake quality consultative conversations with clients to understand their needs
Grow new client acquisition through your networks and ability to create new networks to drive business
Focussed on generating lending growth by displaying strong commercial acumen
Skills & Experience
- Experience in residential lending, writing deals between $0- $3 Million
- Exposure to more complex lending solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to originate new to bank business through your own networks and relationships
- Strong time management skills
- Compliance focussed
- Team player with high energy, ambition and drive
- Based in the East of Melbourne
