The Practice Development Associate plays a key role in providing a wide range of administrative and organisational services to the Licensee State Team in the delivery of licensee sales and practice development initiatives across all 5 licensees.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Team changes and staff moves including recruitment and SAP management
- Travel management
- Organising workshops, events and functions
- Expense Management Reporting and data analysis
- Weekly and adhoc reporting
- Diary management
- Monthly ProMaster reconciliation for the State Team
The successful applicant will have a blend of the following skills and experience:
- Exceptional administration and organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and flexibility to meet demands at peak periods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and proactively respond to issues
- Excellent PC skills in Lotus Notes/Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and sound Internet knowledge.
- Strong Excel skills are highly desirable
