Your new role
As a Client Service Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for clients providing advice and assistance on the implementation of advice, ongoing service and monitoring of investment portfolios. You will be required to respond promptly to enquiries from stakeholders both internally and external on a wide range of matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need similar experience in a previous role. In addition, you will have:

• Diploma of Financial Planning (ADFP preferred)
• Previous experience using financial planning software (COIN preferred)
• Sound knowledge of the financial planning process
• A good understanding of core areas of advice
