What are we looking for?
An opportunity exists to join the Rural Bank team as an Agribusiness Relationship Manager (ARM) in a full-time permanent role. The role of ARM builds and fosters strong relationships with new and existing agribusiness customers, and provides quality banking services to help grow customer’s agricultural businesses.
The ARM is required to prospect for new business opportunities and maintain excellent customer-service delivery with existing customers. They are responsible for developing and delivering win-win solutions that meet the customer’s needs, objectives and interests, as well as the Bank’s goals.
To be successful in this role, you must be adaptable and possess excellent problem solving skills. You will also need to be confident in communicating with customers and colleagues, to show initiative and be self-motivated, have a commitment to learning and be customer focused.
The ideal candidate has experience in either or both a banking environment or the agricultural industry. Remuneration will be commensurate with ability and experience.
Special requirements:
- You will be subject to background checking, including police checks and relevant regulatory checks
- Must have a current drivers licence
- Be able to travel intra-state and at times inter-state
