About the Role

Join the salaried channel of Centrepoint Alliance in xseedwealth, we have a boutique financial planning feel with direct access to all the best services a dealer group offers.

You will assist our advisers as the first port of call for our client base of approx. 12,000 clients from all walks of life. Very much a learning opportunity with an eye to advancement within the company and/or wider group.

Duties

  • Coordinate reviews/FDS/Opt-in for clients' financial circumstances, current provision and future aims according to scheduled process.
  • Help prepare Statements of Advice and relevant paperwork.
  • Manage superannuation, investment and insurance paperwork and online systems to implement & maintain plans.
  • Liaise with fund managers, insurers, internal departments and clients in a professional manner.
  • Respond to client queries as required, maintaining high levels of customer care.
  • General client maintenance and upkeep in Compass (XPLAN), including workflow management using “threads”.
  • Assist with process improvement and marketing and communication projects
  • Complete any other reasonable tasks or duties as required by your immediate manager

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Business
  • Diploma of Financial Planning 1 - 4 (RG146) OR Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning (DFP 5-8), OR intention to complete OR Masters in Financial Planning pathway
  • Experience in financial services industry in a customer service and/or admin capacity with Insurance and Superannuation technical and terminology knowledge, (moderate to advanced) highly desired
  • Attention to detail and highly effective organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
  • Working knowledge of XPLAN
