THE ROLE

• Sitting in a highly experienced team, you will be supported and trained on how to handle superannuation  & wealth management administration as well as liaise with financial advisers
• You will be the first point of contact for general inquiries over the phone from clients
• Process new business, redemptions, switches, rollovers and contributions
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
