We have a great opportunity for an experienced and confident Project and Reporting Analyst to become a critical part of the Customer Experience team on a fixed-term (18-months) basis. Utilizing your strong analytical and project management skills, you will manage the delivery of key projects and make recommendations to drive improvements in the Customer Experience team.  

Reporting to the Manager, Business Partners and Projects, key responsibilities of this role will include:
•    Identifying, assessing and managing the efficient and effective delivery of key Customer Experience projects/initiatives focused on safety, in-flight experience, and employee engagement
•    Reporting and analysing resource utilisation trends and identifying opportunities for improvement
•    Reporting on third party supplier performance against KPI’s
•    Performing ad hoc financial analysis to support decision making

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills, qualifications and experience:
•    Tertiary degree (or relevant industry experience) in Business and/or Finance
•    Strong knowledge in PowerBI and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Powerpoint)
•    Experience managing large scale, cross functional projects (including project reporting)
•    Experience in developing analytical frameworks and preparing financial models to influence and support business decision making
•    Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with an ability to influence 
•    The ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively with other business units
