The Role:

• Meet with all customers to discuss and sell finance and insurance products
• Assist the vehicle sales team in sales negotiations
• Develop relationships with customers and fellow staff to maximise all sales leads and referrals.
• Manage loan applications and settlements
• Sole Financial Services Consultant in the dealership with access to 100% of customers

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Customer facing sales experience
• Results driven with a strong team ethic
• Exceptional communications skills (with both customers and colleagues)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently
• Computer literate

Desirable Attributes:

• Automotive industry experience
• Finance and Insurance experience with a Bank, Credit Union, Finance Company or Broker
