My client is a global financial institution with multiple successful offices around the world. Due to internal promotions and overseas Secondments the opportunity has arose for an experienced securities Middle Office Associate to join the existing specialist Middle Office team. The purpose of this team is to provide administration support and timely escalation for all clients needs.
Role:
- Provide end to end Middle Office support to clients
- Duties include: trade matching, pre settlement & settlement, reconciliation & reporting
- Securities trade processing & OTC clearing
- Daily interaction with clients & frequent face to face meetings
- Provide oversight & review of junior team members
- Identify & implement change
- Adhere to procedures & risk control framework
Essential Criteria:
- Extensive Securities product knowledge
- Experience in securities trade processing & OTC clearing
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Provide high levels of accuracy & attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills both written & verbal
- Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
