The role:
You will be part of a close-knit team and be accountable for our existing employer and member portfolios. As an experienced Account Manager, you will be a self-motivated and driven individual with a proven track record in managing and growing client portfolios and most importantly, you will have excellent relationships building skills. Your key responsibilities:
- Analyse and understand member data, insights and trends
- Develop and deliver initiatives and engagement strategies to clients
- Manage relationships at all levels of seniority within your client portfolio
- Present workshops and advice programs for employers/members
- Attend networking events to promote Hostplus products and services
Ideally, you have exposure within the superannuation industry, and can demonstrate technical proficiency in all matters regarding superannuation, including insurance. You will also hold a Diploma in Financial Planning and RG 146 accreditation.
