About The Role
Role Location: Stradbroke District QLD
Role Type: Casual
 
As a Personal Banker, you will deliver the desired customer experience by adopting a positive relationship-based, customer centric approach that demonstrates passion for identifying and prioritising the complete financial needs of customers by educating customers on easy ways to bank. Provide a full range of professional retailing expertise and advice to help customers to meet their financial needs and goals. Dynamically seek opportunities to make appropriate customer referrals to accredited specialist staff and contribute to overall branch profitability, achieving and seeking to outperform against targets.
 
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Tier 2 Accreditation
  
• Customer centric and KPIs oriented
  
• Role models a strong customer focus, preferably with retail and/or experience working on KPIs
  
• Influential user and promoter of technology
  
• Ability to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
  
• Passionate, shows initiative
