SYFS Group Pty Ltd trading as South Yarra Financial Services is a boutique financial planning practice located near South Yarra train station. We currently have a wonderful opportunity available for a passionate, friendly and client focused individual. Working within a small team (part of team of 5) of highly skilled professionals, your core responsibilities will include:
* Providing Client services support for existing client reviews.
* General administrative duties.
* Provide administrative support to Managing Director.
* Meeting and Greeting clients on arrival.
* Maintain client records via our data management system (Xplan).
* Light reception duties.
To secure this outstanding opportunity, you will have already gained 5+ years experience working in Client Services within a small/medium size financial services office environment. Preferably have experience with pre-retirement planning and retirement planning.
The successful candidate will also have intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, a high level of attention to detail, highly developed organisational and communication skills. It would be expected that you would have 5+ years experience within a Financial Services practice and be mature minded. You must be self motivated and be able to work unsupervised. Experience with the Asgard/Panorama/NetWealth investment platforms is an advantage and Xplan experience would be highly regarded.

In-house and external training is provided to learn our processes.
This role is for someone wishing to have a long term career in Client Services.
Salary package is negotiable based on experience. A performance bonus is also available as part of your package.
