Our Health & Personal Injury (H&PI) team works with clients who have received a compensation payment due to a serious health condition or injury.
The H&PI Trust Associate supports the Senior Trust Manager with the management of a portfolio of H&PI clients. In this role you will use your relationship building skills to engage with clients and ensure that we provide excellent service provision for their specific needs. Your focus on efficient and effective service ensures profitably in line with legislative and business/compliance guidelines. You will have responsibility for a select group of clients with whom you will be required to build and sustain relationships with all stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of select H&PI clients and provide end to end service
- Provide general administrative assistance to Senior Trust Manager
- Assist with H&PI projects and operational improvement initiatives
- Ensure all H&PI files are compliant with legal and business requirements, and ensure compliance is achieved on a profitable and sound commercial basis
- Achieve high levels of internal and external client satisfaction
Key required skills:
- Financial literacy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to listen, empathise and remain calm under pressure
- Proven relationship management experience, including the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage expectations
- Strong organisational skills
- Accurate, methodical and compliance-focused
