The role?
The team at Southport are a well established and stable team, going into their 10th year of operation as a BOQ Franchise. They are now looking for a Branch Manager to join the team to manage the day to day operational requirements of the branch, provide support and direction to a team of 5 and also provide expertise in lending.
As the Branch Manager, you will relish the opportunity to lead, motivate and coach a team to increase market share of BOQ, in the local area of representation.
About you?
As a commercially astute individual, your proven sales and business development experience, will be complimented by your solid networks within the banking arena. Naturally, you will be a born leader, providing ongoing support and guidance to the team. You will thrive in a sales environment, increasing BOQ’s market share, by demonstrating;
- Knowledge and proven skills in management of branch operations
- Experience in coaching and developing staff across all product knowledge, processes and procedures
- Proven experience in retail home lending
- Commercial lending experience is not essential, but would be advantageous
