About the position

We're looking for a well rounded, motivated sales manager to take our growing team to the next level in our rapidly expanding business.

Our sales team is constantly growing. We currently employ over 35 sales staff and this number is expected to increase in the year ahead.

This is an exciting role for the right candidate as they will have the opportunity to add value to a growing business, provide training to an invested team and help accelerate our business as an industry leader.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

•           Meet and exceed set KPIs and sales targets

•           Develop strategies for improving and maximising conversion rates across the sales teams

•           Undertake sales quality control

•           Day-to-day, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to Senior Management

•           Sales team performance reviews

•           Monitor and develop staff performance

•           Work closely with and provide support to management team

•           Maintain our high level of customer satisfaction

•           Provide treasury support

•           Provide training, staff inductions and support the growth of our sales team

•           Implement regulatory procedures

•           Attend client meetings and presentations at board level

About you

Candidates for this position must have excellent interpersonal, sales and management experience and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Ideally you will have at least 3-5 years experience in a similar role.

Previous experience of SalesForce and an existing knowledge of foreign exchange markets, trends and economic variables would be a distinct advantage.

RG146 qualification, although desirable, is not mandatory as training will be provided by the company.

Package

Competitive base salary, plus year-end bonuses, monthly commissions.
