Due to recent business growth, the role of Associate Director, Property exists for a talented real estate/property professional to join the property team.
Reporting to the Managing Director, Property, the appointee will identify new and prospective clients, successfully originate and manage a pipeline of opportunities and commercial property transactions, and promote and build the profile of the property division leveraging existing and new networks. Critical to the success of the role will be a focus on targeted networking, sourcing new deals and building new client relationships, ensuring the identification of quality opportunities and transactions.
You are a high achiever with proven experience in the property sector including property development, capital markets divisions of commercial real estate, funds management, or property divisions of leading investment banks or consulting firms. Underpinning your extensive networks and exceptional networking skills, is your intellect, understanding of risk, delivery of positive outcomes from originated transactions, and well developed personal brand. With a track record of originating, executing and successfully completing commercial property transactions, your drive, results orientation and unwavering commitment to achieving targets, will ensure your success and growth potential in this outstanding entrepreneurial business.
